Refund policy
CATTY INDIA does not provide with the option to refund or exchange the product once purchased. The exact size measurements are mentioned to avoid the need to exchange the product. Furthermore, the Quality Check team checks each product to ensure it does not have any defects. However, if the size mentioned is wrong or the product comes defective, you can register a complaint by contacting on our instagram account catty.in and we will help you out ( mentioned below).
All exchange will happen between 5 to 10 working days.
To be eligible to for an exchange , you are required to record a video of opening the package to prove that you received an already defective product. The team will also require a proof of your purchase, i.e. the order number and the bill.
The team will respond to the complaint query within 7 working days and get in touch with you.
If you are eligible for the refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 working days.
In case the delivery status shows “delivered” and you have not received the product yet, you need to intimate us within 24 hours. You are requested to contact us on Instagram catty.in
Failing to do so within 24 hours doesn’t make you entitled to any refund or any support from our team.
If you do not receive the refund amount in the time duration mentioned, you can check your bank account again or contact the bank as the processing may take some time from their end.
To refund a product (or products), you can send it us to on the address we will provide you on Instagram . Kindly note that you will have to pay for your own shipping cost. we do not give any kind of return.
